The Devil You Know

The Devil You Know follows Jack, a detective born with psychic abilities, as he returns to his hometown after many years to investigate the death of his sister, Iris. His ability to invade the minds of others will come in handy, but it won't be a walk in the park. Iris sat at the head of a powerful criminal organization, meaning the circumstances surrounding her murder are steeped in mystery and oozing with foul play. To make matters worse, none of those closest to Iris are keen on talking to him. He'll have to exercise his skills at the game of Hangedman's Bluff just to sit down with them, then weaken their psyche with carefully chosen words before he can unleash his psychic powers and bring his Iris's killer to justice.
